Why Title Insurance
A question we often receive is why do need to get title insurance and what do I get for it. We have a pdf available to download below that will help you answer those questions. Please contact us with any additional questions.

Fulton Title has been in continuous operation serving customers since 1996. Fulton Title is now under new ownership and at a new location but continuing the same great service. We are a full-service title and escrow company, handling your title and closing needs from beginning to end, including title searches, commitment preparation, document signing, escrowing funds, etc. Fulton Title prides itself on having a family friendly attitude. We specialize in elderly and out of state customers, serving everyone in Carroll, Stark, Summit, and Tuscarawas counties, along with other counties upon request. Our small homey atmosphere welcomes everyone including those selling a long-time family home, first time home buyers, property investors, and some commercial transactions. We hope that you will allow us to serve you in one or all these capacities.
